Justice for Criminals,Compassion for Victims
Welcome to the Kanawha County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. We tirelessly seek to bring justice without delay to those who prey on the innocent. Our goal is to hold perpetrators accountable while serving victims of crime. The judicial process can be overwhelming, so our website provides you with information about victim services, legal resources, contact information for various agencies, and provides a brief outline of the criminal process for crime victims. Thank you for visiting.
