My Passcode doesn’t work, what do I do?
Make sure that you entered the NINE (9) character Passcode exactly as it is shown in the email you received. The Passcode may contain a mixture of numbers and upper-case letters and must be entered exactly as shown when attempting to log in.
Additionally, make sure there are no spaces entered at the end of the Passcode as this will register incorrectly with the system.
I entered my date of birth and last four digits of my Social Security Number but they didn't work, what do I do?
First, make sure you entered your date of birth in the correct format as shown on the voter authentication page. The date of birth should be entered Month Month Day Day Year Year Year Year (MMDDYYYY – for example: 09221981). For the Social Security Number, make sure ONLY the last four digits are being entered.
Second, make sure there are no spaces, slashes, or dashes in your date of birth or last four digits of the Social Security Number. They should only consist of numbers.
Lastly, make sure there are no spaces entered at the end of the date of birth or Social Security Number as this will register incorrectly with the system.
I am getting error messages while trying to log into the election and I entered all my login information correctly. What do I do?
First, make sure you are entering the correct information in the correct order. You must first enter your Passcode on the initial login screen. After your Passcode is confirmed, you will need to authenticate yourself with the system. You will then enter your date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. Make sure you enter the correct authentication information into the correct entry field. They are labeled so you know which information goes into which field.
Secondly, make sure the login and voter authentication information you are entering is YOURS. You may only use YOUR Passcode, YOUR date of birth, and YOUR last four Social Security Number digits.
